Carol’s Daughter Encourages Self-Love With #BORNandMADE Campaign

Hair product line Carol’s Daughter founder Lisa Price has teamed up with I Am That Girl to promote #BORNandMADE. I Am That Girl is a movement spread out to eight countries and 77 chapters, many on college campuses. Their purpose is promote positive thinking for young girls to motivate them to become positive acting women and leaders in their communities. Lisa Price said on the campaign’s website, “It’s important for girls to understand and recognize their power and the right way to use it.”

A cool way to connect and participate in the movement is through another photo upload application like the most recent “Straight Outta Compton” avatar people used, which helped promote the movie. You upload your photo and you are asked questions about what make you, you. I had to do one myself, for research purposes.

Anything to promote women empowerment and self-love is #PynkGirlApproved!
