Family Time is coming back next month and Pynk magazine got to chat with our favorite co-star Angell Conwell about her enthusiasm of being back on the show. The 31-year-old actress joined the cast in 2012 as Lisa Stallworth, a loving wife and stay-at-home mother of two. The Stallworth family is a working-class, black family who wins the lottery and becomes the new middle class family on the block.

The show displays a very realistic depiction of what a modern-day African-American family looks like and the trials and tribulations of those family ties. The Bounce TV original series is set to premiere its second season on Tuesday October 14. Conwell speaks about the challenges of being a black woman in Hollywood, steering clear of negative gossip and her advice to young women trying to get into the industry.
