If you find it difficult to get your workout on, then here is a little motivation to get you out of bed, into your workout clothes and moving that body to create an energetic and motivated you.
Lay out your workout clothing
If you lay out your workout clothes the night before, you’ll be more inspired to workout in the morning.
Choose your workout the night before
Don’t be discouraged when it’s time to workout because you don’t know what you want to do. If running is your thing, go for it and set your distance or time. Remember: 30 minutes a day leads to a healthy heart.
Get a good night sleep
You have to put the phone down, turn off the TV, and close your eyes in order to get rest. Remember: You need at least 8 hours sleep for health sake.
Drink before you workout
Grab a glass of warm lemon water. It will give you energy and help start your day on the right track.
Don’t panic if you didn’t get to workout
There are 7 days in a week. You should be working out at least 3-4 days a week. Remember: You do need a rest day to repair your limbs.
Get up, and get ready for your workout!
