Police officers in NYC take protecting and serving to a different level yesterday when a young, African American teenager was unnecessarily assaulted by an undercover cop. A city bystander caught the act on tap showing, what appears to be excessive force on the child. According to witnesses, the child was only 12-years-old and was reprimanded by four police officers. The crowd was told to put there cameras away, but the refused.
After being punched twice while already in cuffs the police officers held the child facedown on the vehicle. five minutes later, they finally walked the boy and his two friends over to the police car where they were placed in the backseat.
