Mecca Moore and Meeka Claxton are not only our illustrious founders, they are a dynamic duo and two very POWERFUL business women and entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry. PYNK Magazine is the go-to source for the fashion forward, young multicultural woman worldwide. This indispensable, irrepressible, irreplaceable magazine is beautifully packed with stories, services and products for and about women.

When PYNK Magazine started in 2010, it was both Meeca’s and Meeka’s vision to create an outlet for women who are fearless, bold and ambitious. The educated business woman or the edgy entrepreneur, the Pynk girl isn’t your average diva; she is a game-changer, a leader, and a go-getter. There is a stigma that women should be dainty and innocent, PYNK Magazine seeks to abolish that stereotype by supporting and inspiring women to be true to themselves, always. Hence the motto: PRETTY. POWERFUL. PROVOCATIVE.

Well-connected and respected, Mecca and Meeka have created a brand that has been supported by major companies including Ciroc, D’USSÉ, Myx Fusions and more. PYNK Magazine is a lifestyle publication and an outlet where women can find the latest scoop of the most popular fashion trends, dope music releases, and DIY health and beauty tips. Amongst being fashion, beauty and music enthusiasts, Mecca and Meeka manage to serve their community as well; supporting several causes from finding the cure for breast cancer #PYNKGirlsCare to supporting organizations like The Kids League, which is a non-profit that encourages younger children to become entrepreneurs while granting the opportunity for them to practice more creative fields such as, art, photography, film production and more.

Mecca and Meeka are two women that deserve to be celebrated for their ambitious successes, which led them to their beginnings as business owners. #ThinkPYNK is more than a magazine, it’s a lifestyle.
