We have our favorite brands for all sorts of things. From hair care to skin care and makeup. Some people spend a lot of money when it comes to what they want, which isn’t a bad thing, it just isn’t cost-effective. However, there are ample affordable and quality products that can be found at your local drugstores. We are going to share with you what we love and why.
I tend to get caught up in a drugstore, there are so many aisles and distractions, which is how I usually find great products. I glance over here and there and say, “oh, I’d like to try that out.” That’s exactly how we found our must-have products like Elf Cosmetics, whose products cost as low as $1. They have been known to have great things such as eyebrow gel, eyeliner that create magical wing tips, and our most favorite the bronzing primer. If your makeup challenged and can’t get it together with bronzing, just get this and everything is crisp.
L.A Girl cosmetics are loved by many make up artists out there. The concealers are to die for, creating the perfect highlight and contouring. For an everyday look, we personally like to put a little concealer all over and apply our foundation. Leaving a flawless finish.
The best thing about it, is that it comes in all shades from lightest to darkest. Black Opal, L’ORÉAL, Maybelline, Queen by Cover Girl all have great foundations. Photo Ready, Matte Poreless and the 3 in 1 are the best suggestions from the beauty supply.
Nyx Cosmetics are great for eye shadows, brow needs, lip butters and matte lippies. Try Maison and Perfect Red. Their matte setting spray is pretty dope as well. Last but not least, have you ever been going out and ran out of lashes? Well, just pick up some Ardell lashes. They work extremely well and if you feel like you can’t apply them, the best glue to get is Revlon precision eye lash glue. The reason we love this is because the glue is tacky, giving you more control over the lash. Just apply the glue, let it dry for a couple of seconds and apply the lash. If you don’t understand, there are always YouTube tutorials to help you.
