Itika Oldwine has been blessed. From working as an intern for the Oprah Winfrey Show, to becoming a part of the production team through the final season in 2011, Itika used her experience and education to become one of the most sought after floral designers in the country.
Working on the team at AEG Live Events, she helped produce more than 100 events that included red carpets for the Grammy’s, MTV and BET. In 2014, Itika joined the Eric Buterbaugh Design Group at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills where she unleashed her passion for floral creations and had the great pleasure of working with floral clients at the Four Seasons, Cartier, Ferragamo, Dior, and Louis Vuitton to name a few, as well as private clients that included the Carter’s (Jay Z and Beyoncé), Elon Musk and Gelilah and Wolfgang Puck.
The inspiration to launch her very own floral company came after spending two amazing years at Eric Buterbaugh Design. In 2017, the 37-year-old made her dream a reality when she launched Oldvine Florals as a vessel for her own point of view on blooming creations and to give a modern twist to the flowery landscape of L.A.
