Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle, Devon Still and his daughter Leah have been undergoing a difficult journey. Being diagnosed with cancer at only 5-years old, Leah is an extremely strong and beautiful young girl on a journey to fight her illness.
On May 5 the young cancer fighter started the process of a stem cell transplant. The 2-month process requires high doses of chemotherapy, which is a heavily radiated procedure. Friday night, Still went to Instagram and posted the updates of his baby girls’ progress saying that the operation hit some “serious complications.”
“They caught it early, so hopefully it gives the doctors a better chance of stopping it from getting aggressive…As you can imagine out minds are all over the place, but we’re going to try and remain positive.”
We hope that Leah Still has a speedy recovery and we are sending our most sincere support to the rest of the Still family. #PYNKGirls have you in our prayers! #PYNKGirlApproved
