1 Peter 4:8
“Above all, love each other deeply because love covers a multitude of sins”
It’s funny how love can be the easier yet hardest thing to do. Easy when it’s convenient, and challenging when you have to love people who take you for granted. Sometimes, I wonder how God feels? Always giving love, protecting, and providing for people who frequently take him for granted.
He never neglects to show his loving-kindness, despite imperfections, and faults. If we could comprehend how much God loves us. Would our outlook on love be different? Would we love others wholeheartedly? We all know the phrase “Kill them with kindness”. Now let’s be honest-when someone makes this statement their kindness is not usually genuine. A fake smile while secretly judging is not effective.
I have a suggestion, how about “Love them to kindness”. I’m a living witness this is not easy to do, but with God’s help all things are possible. As you grow in God your desire to do his will become a priority. Please note: Our love shouldn’t blind us to the problem, but it should simply lead to change. You can literally love someone to life! I’m encouraged to love instead of just acting kindly. Join me on the journey to love greater. Ask God to give us the wisdom we need to love others that will be pleasing to him. #thinkpynk #PYNKinspiration
