Beyoncé never ceases to amaze us when it comes to her hustle and business endeavors. The multi-platinum artist has decided to expand her brand and style to a new project with the retail franchise Topshop. Yoncé is launching an activewear label with Topshop, which will include clothing, footwear and accessories across dance, fitness and sports.
This will definitely be a great opportunity for the UK brand to expand its business and consumer clientele. The owner of Topshop, Philip Green was excited to begin this new business venture with such a renowned star like King Bey.
“We have been looking at this category as fashion-inspired fitness develops, and know that this is right in our customers’ heartland,” Green said. “Creating a partnership with Beyoncé, one of the most hard-working and talented people in the world, who spends many hours of her life dancing, rehearsing and training is a unique opportunity to develop this category. We have much to achieve in just under a year, but we are all up for the challenge, and look forward to delivering athletic streetwear in an inventive and exciting way.”
The collaboration will be a 50-50 partnership. There is no name or release date for the collaboration yet.
