Bri (Brianna Babineaux) also known as Bebe to her fans, already has the platform of a well established artist. Bri has over a quarter of a million followers on her simply_bebe_ Instagram page. This phenomenon started last year when she was going through a hard time emotionally. The young singing sensation didn’t want to sing anymore. She recalls being in a dark place, and couldn’t see her way out. One night two friends forced her to go hang out at a photographer’s studio. Bri began to sing “Make me over again” by Tonex. She felt liberated as she sang and made a new vow to God. She vowed no matter what goes on in her life, she will always give him the praise. Once Bri’s friend posted the video of that song on YouTube it went viral.
The rising gospel star is thrilling her fans with a new EP entitled “Holy Spirit” that was recently released on iTunes. The 20-year-old singer says, “I connected with the message the first time I heard it. We need the holy spirit to flood the atmosphere, and give us spiritual guidance on how to deal with our daily ups and downs.” Bri’s first single “I’ll be the one” surprised the gospel music world a month ago when it debuted at #1 on Billboard magazine without the benefit of radio airplay, television appearances and no prior releases. Her manager Marcus Boone says, “She’s a force to be reckoned with.” She’s young, beautiful and loves Jesus. Bri is currently working on her highly anticipated album, you can keep up with Bri and her events at brination.org.
