Willow Smith just debuted her new single, “Why Don’t You Cry” on i-D Magazine and proves once again why she is an innovative young artist making strides in her career. It’s hard to imagine that the 14-year-old singer/songwriter was once the voice behind the radio hit “Whip My Hair,” considering that the evolution of her music has made a major shift since 2010. The adventurous afro-futurist gives us a peak into her creative mind and a little taste of her acting talents during the 4-minute visuals. Featuring her older brother Trey, the two perform alongside each other letting the music take over them. Watch Willow’s new creation below featuring Nicole Ari Parker and Duane Martin.
