Our mornings can be hectic and unorganized some days. With getting the kids ready for school, waking up late because we stayed up late writing that paper or we can’t find that one shirt that will go perfectly with the look we chose to slay for the day. Below we listed helpful tips that’ll start your day off peacefully and productively.
Set your clothes out the night before.
We can cut about 10 minutes out of our morning routine having our clothes out so that we are not searching for what we want to wear. We can spend more time on the details of what we want to wear the night before.
Wake up 15 minutes earlier.
Waking up a bit earlier gives us some time to get our thoughts together before we jump out of the bed to begin our day. That means more time to set our makeup ladies!
Meditate for 10 minutes.
Before we check our email or go to social media, meditate. Be at peace meditating in absolute silence or listen to meditation music. This article goes into more depth about the benefits of meditating in the morning.
Drink a glass of water.
Drinking a full glass of water cleanses and wakes our organs up! It’s a great way to stay hydrated. Purifying our system on an empty stomach has a lot more benefits than starting our day off with coffee.
Leave on time.
Leaving on time will assist us in getting to work earlier and we’ll miss that morning traffic we dread! We may even have time to get our favorite green tea that we love from our nearest coffee shop.
